Maintenance is defined as follows:

a. Full coverage maintenance agreement monthly fee's annual contract.
- 1. server = $250.00
- 2. Workstations = $100.00
- 3. laptops = $150.00
- 4. labor hourly fee = $35.00 (minimum)
- 5. service call fee = $0.00
- 6. after hour fee= $0.00
This includes weekly backups, updates, event log inspections and repairs.
No service call fee's and no after hours fee's.
No hardware update fee's.
Priority response.
b. Half coverage maintenance agreement monthly fee's bi/annual contract.
- 1. server= $125.00
- 2. workstations= $50.00
- 3. laptops = $75.00
- 4. service call fee's of $0.00
- 5. after hour fee = $95.00 (minimum plus 1 hour labor)
- 6. labor Hourly fee of $55.00 (minimum plus 1 hour labor)
- 7. hardware update fee =$ 50.00 (minimum plus 1 hour labor)

You will be reponsible for after hour fee's.
No service call fee's.
You will be responsible for hardware fee's
Response time will be priority unless full coverage call in progress.
